The Benefits Of Self Care

Self care is any activity we do deliberately to care for our mental, physical & spiritual well being. Although it’s a simple concept in theory, it’s something a lot of solo moms, moms and women in general can often overlook because of the constant demands on them. In this episode I talk about the benefit of self-care and ways too implement it. Self care will be different for everybody, but the benefit is far reaching.
